Each pipette is physically inspected, and gravimetrically tested on our OWN 5 place certified Mettler balance.  Pre-calibration samples and post calibration samples provided for each pipette. The pipette is thoroughly cleaned, seals replaced and calibrated according to manufacturer’s specifications. We provide different levels of certification to conform to your industry standards, compliance regulations, quality control requirements as well as your budget.

There are three standard levels of service:

• Basic
• Premium
• Platinum

All Services:

• Provide the pipette serial number with an “as Found“ analysis of Pass or Fail. 
• Assign a Final Pass Certification or the pipette is taken out of service and labeled as such
• Calibrate pipettes to manufacturer’s specification
• Record the maintenance or repair performed on the pipette 
• Take four samples, pre-calibration and post calibration, at a low, mid and high level
