Service Plans
We come to your lab! But whether you choose the convenience of On-Site Service or you prefer to use our Mail-In Service, you will always receive the highest quality of technical and customer support. We service ALL brands of pipettes and we do repairs. So, don't spend a lot of money on a new pipette when it may just need to be serviced. And, if we can't PASS the pipette, there is no cost to you.
In order to best accommodate your needs we provide different levels of certification that conform to industry standards, compliance regulations, quality control requirements as well as your budget.
All Service Plans include:

Each pipette is physically inspected, and gravimetrically tested on OUR 5 place ISO 17025 Certified Mettler balance.

Complete preventive maintenance on each pipette, including changing seals or applying grease (depending upon the pipette manufacturer).

Four samples taken, pre-calibration and post calibration at a low and high level.

Documentation of pipette serial number with an "As Found" analysis of Pass or Fail.

Documentation and a final Pass Certification Sticker or the pipette is taken out of serviced and labeled as such.

Record of all maintenance or repairs performed.

This service is for the Laboratory with a lean budget and exact pipette performance. Pipettes are inspected, thoroughly cleaned, seals replaced, repairs performed if necessary and calibrated according to ISO8655 Specification Tables or Manufacturers Specifications. Documentation is concise, clear and "As Left" samples recorded. |
This service is for the Laboratory who prefers to see documentation of the four Pre-calibration and post calibration samples taken for each pipette. Pipettes are inspected, thoroughly cleaned, seals replaced, repairs performed if necessary and calibrated according to ISO8655 Specification Tables or Manufacturers Specifications. |
Calculations of % CV, % Accuracy and Mean is Auto Calculated taking factors like Water Density into consideration. Each pipette receives a printed Certificate of Calibration Report which includes four Pre-calibration and post calibration samples. Pipettes are inspected, thoroughly cleaned, seals replaced, repairs performed if necessary and calibrated according to ISO8655 Specification Tables or Manufacturers Specifications. |
